Great to meet you!

I graduated from B.L.D.E.A.’s B.M. Patil Medical College in India and completed my psychiatry training in New York at Nassau University Medical Center. I later completed a Fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, MA. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, along with 9 years of experience treating serious mental illness in forensic settings.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach when treating my patients. My care focuses on understanding the full picture of your mental health and using medication management along with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to support conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use.

What you can expect from me

Please come with an open mind. In our sessions, we will discuss your mental health concerns in detail and work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. This may include medication management, lifestyle changes, and ways to strengthen relationships with family, society, and most importantly, yourself.
