Great to meet you!

**Please call or email to schedule your free consultation, and check availability.

My name is Vita Hall and I am a licensed therapist. I work with individuals, couples and families. I have experience working with many issues including anxiety, depression, substance use, mood disorders, grief & loss, relationship problems, ADHD, career challenges, LGBTQ+, and changes in the life cycle. I have worked in community mental health and with a veteran's homeless program.

My approach to therapy

Primarily, I practice person centered psychotherapy, and when appropriate I incorporate CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, as well as coping and mindfulness skills. Most importantly, I provide a safe and warm environment where clients feel understood and supported. Also, I have a history of working in art and entertainment. I understand the stresses, challenges and rewards of the creative world.

What you can expect from me

In session we will work together utilizing activities and skill building techniques to illuminate maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. We will work together to learn new coping and mindfulness skills to live in peace and balance. Together we will work to enhance your strengths, develop new skills, and discover a renewed purpose in life. I looked forward to seeing you grow and thrive.
