Great to meet you!

"Get the support you deserve — guaranteed to be seen within 48 hours."

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who meets patients "where they're at". This means that I personalize each treatment plan for each individual, not based on a one-size-fits-all, robotic, regimen. No two people are the same, so my treatment plans should not be either. Each patient can expect to receive top-quality, compassionate, individualized care, whether that includes medications or just therapy, with tangible resources that they can utilize outside of our appointment times.

My approach to therapy

I may be a good fit for you if:

  • You’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD/ ADD, sleep issues, postpartum depression, or postpartum anxiety
  • You’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly stressed
  • You’ve been feeling down, unmotivated, or not like yourself
  • You’re looking for medication support with a provider who listens
  • You want a compassionate, easy-to-talk-to provider who works with you—not just prescribes

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to connect and start building a therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your history, and what you hope to get out of care. I’ll walk you through the evaluation process, discuss treatment options, and make sure you leave feeling informed, supported, and clear on next steps.
