Great to meet you!

I am so grateful to be doing this work to make our world a better place. It is my passion and pleasure to start with you: hearing your story and empowering you to make this life your best life by cultivating self-love, agency, and the motivation to set and achieve your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, holistic, tailored and adapting to wherever you may be when you arrive. I view you as a whole person, not just the problems you present with. My extensive background working with children and families has reinforced my understanding that we are social creatures greatly influenced by intrinsic factors and regularly impacted by our environment.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is for you to develop the tools, insights, and self-awareness needed to overcome challenges, heal from past wounds, and create your fulfilled life. Together, we will work towards building resilience, enhancing your relationships, and challenging you to be the positive change you deserve.
