After years of working in an outpatient clinic, I decided it was time to build something of my own. A practice where I could show up fully for the people I see. I take the work of understanding each person seriously, and I bring that same focus to every session. If you've been looking for someone who will listen, ask the right questions, and work with you on what actually matters, I think we'll connect well. Flexibility matters to me, and I want care to fit your life, not the other way around.

My approach is direct and inquisitive. I ask questions because your situation is unique, and I want to understand it before we talk about a path forward. I aim to create space where you feel heard, then we figure out next steps together. I bring warmth to the work without losing sight of what we're here to do.
