Great to meet you!

My name is Vivian Clark and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have over 30 years experience helping people navigate life. I am passionate about this work because I know what it feels like to struggle—and I also know that change is possible. My goal is to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when anxiety, depression, or major life changes get in the way of living the way you want. I work with adults and adolescents who are ready to understand what’s holding them back and move toward lasting change. In our work together, you can expect a warm, safe, and supportive space where your story matters. My approach is person-centered, which means I see you as the expert on your own life.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll explore your strengths and identify the barriers that may be keeping you stuck. Depending on your needs, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you build awareness, develop new skills, and move toward the life you were meant to live.
