Great to meet you!

My name is Vivian Nnana, LCSW I have a passion for working with clients to help empower them to view life from a different prospective when life throws a curb ball. Implementing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and empowerment therapy allows the clients I serve to gain wisdom and insight to make better choices when faced with obstacles and unresolved trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When working with clients my approach to therapy is with an open mind and meeting the client where they are in life. I work together with clients at their own pace and timing. I enjoy establishing measurable treatment objectives and goals this encourages self growth and development.
