My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of balance in your life. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, family stress, sleep difficulties, anger, and major life transitions. My professional background has allowed me to support individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.
