A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to deliver treatment using the lowest effective dose of medication, alongside compassionate care, therapy, and fundamental lifestyle changes to achieve lasting results.

What you can expect from our first session

When you work with me, you are part of a team. I will always celebrate your successes and respectfully acknowledge your challenges. While I can prescribe medications like other providers, my holistic approach focuses on understanding your diagnosis, medication options, and treatment plans in depth.

Typically, an initial appointment lasts 60 minutes, while medication follow-up appointments generally take 25-30 minutes.
