I’m Dr. Viviana Garza, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I hold a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Master’s degree in School Psychology.

I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship concerns, attachment wounds, and life transitions particularly for women navigating identity shifts, stress, and burnout.

My approach integrates CBT, EMDR, SFBT and trauma-informed care within a warm, collaborative space.
