Great to meet you!

I’m Viviana, I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) dedicated to supporting you on your journey. My work centers on Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC) and Behavioral Counseling (BCBA), offering individual sessions.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in guiding people through anxiety, impulsivity, masking, and those moments when emotions or anger feel overwhelming. I have a special passion for working with neurodivergent individuals—including those with autism, ADHD, and learning differences—to foster understanding, confidence, and growth.

As a Rehabilitation and Vocational Counselor, I can assist youth and adults in exploring career paths, managing workplace challenges, and navigating conflict. My approach blends education, practical strategies, and compassionate guidance, always keeping your unique needs at the center.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to genuinely understand the importance of a person-centered, trauma-informed approach—one that empowers you to take charge of your own journey. My heartfelt goal as your counselor is to help you gain the tools and knowledge to thrive in every area of your life.

I enjoy supporting minority communities, as well as individuals with visible or invisible disabilities.

Life is a unique journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you—offering encouragement and support every step of the way.
