What you can expect from me

In a word, my approach is compassionate. In practice this means I use strategies from styles of psychotherapy like cognitive-behavioral therapy or EMDR with focus on attachment style, cultural sensitivity, trauma, amongst others. With a narrative approach, we reconstruct your own story for deeper self-knowledge, guiding you towards your goals.

I firmly believe in empowering my clients, assisting them to identify their own strengths and find solutions to their challenges.
