I am a licensed mental health counselor with experience in the field for over a decade. I work best with young adults and adults (individually) in person or Telehealth. I specialize in assisting clients with self-esteem issues, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, racing thoughts, and cultural problems.

My approach is direct, solution-focused, open-minded and I utilize person-centered, mindfulness, and though-emotion-behavior practices.

Clients can walk away with tools to address their symptoms and with relief from processing their emotions.
