Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Vivienne, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in mental health care. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, and schizophrenia.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, I offer culturally responsive, person-centered care grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. Whether you’re seeking support for a recent challenge or managing a long-term condition, I meet you where you are with authenticity and clinical skill.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My integrative treatment approach includes medication management, psychotherapy-informed techniques, psychoeducation, and holistic strategies rooted in trauma-informed care. I take time to listen, understand your story, and co-create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lived experience.

Every person is unique and so is your path to healing. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and genuinely understood. My sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs whether that means exploring medication options, identifying patterns, or building practical coping tools. Together, we create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can make sense of what you’re going through, set meaningful goals, and take steady steps toward healing and growth. You’ll leave sessions feeling more empowered, informed, and connected to your strengths.
