Great to meet you!

My name is Vivienne Rowe, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping people find healing, clarity, and balance in their lives. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs—because no two people’s journeys are the same.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California and have 9 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Over the years, I’ve supported clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and trauma. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based practices to help clients gain insight and make meaningful change.

In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s been holding you back.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and confident in your ability to navigate life’s ups and downs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored to your unique needs. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges openly and at your own pace. My style combines evidence-based practices with genuine human connection.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you—your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll take time to discuss what’s been going on in your life, explore your goals, and begin to identify the areas you’d like to focus on.

I’ll ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and open. Together, we’ll set the foundation for your therapy process and talk about what our sessions might look like moving forward.

Many clients say they leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clearer about their next steps.
