Great to meet you!

I show up as a genuine, nonjudgmental, and affirming presence in the therapy space. I understand how heavy shame, self-criticism, and trauma can feel, and I approach this work with deep respect for how those patterns developed in the first place. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you be more supportive of yourself and build a more compassionate relationship with who you are.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative and flexible. I draw from Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and DBT, depending on what feels most helpful for you. My sessions focus on deeper emotional processing, while also building practical tools for change. I also bring an understanding of neurodivergence into my work and aim to adapt therapy in ways that feel accessible and supportive.

What you can expect from me

I’ll ask a few key questions to understand what’s bringing you in, but I don’t want you to feel stuck retelling your entire story. Instead, we’ll focus on what feels most important and where we can start making meaningful progress. My goal is for you to leave the first session with a boost of hope and a greater sense of agency.
