Creating a collaborative relationship is very important in my practice with Individuals, Adolescents and children. My goal is to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. As a Chaperon, WE CAN, surf through life's challenges together & successfully.

Early on in sessions I strive to learn your story, your current situation, your childhood and especially where you want go from here in your life.

I really try to create a warm , supportive , relaxed, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.

From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make our goals a reality for you.
