Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, culturally responsive therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of life challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work with each client to understand their unique experiences, values, goals, and strengths.

I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, identity and purpose, workplace and family stress, and women’s concerns, including pregnancy and postpartum challenges. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and explore what matters most to you. Whether you prefer to incorporate spirituality or faith into your healing or take a secular approach, I will respect and honor your perspective.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic, mind-body perspective, allowing us to address both emotional well-being and the broader factors that influence your life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to meet you where you are, help you build insight and practical skills, and support you in creating meaningful and lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you. Starting therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
