Great to meet you!

I have a diverse background and a deep curiosity about the experiences that shape our perspectives, influence our decisions, and impact our overall well-being. This passion guided me to pursue a career in clinical social work, where I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families across many stages of life.

My professional experience includes transitional counseling, emotional self-regulation and self-awareness, parenting and bi-cultural parenting, substance use challenges, anxiety and depression, stress management, and bi-cultural identity concerns. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and develop meaningful strategies for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both eclectic and integrative, which means I draw from a range of evidence-based methods rather than relying on a single model. This flexibility allows me to respond to each client's unique needs and provide care that is both holistic and personalized. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate elements of cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, strengths-based perspectives, or relational techniques.

At the core of my practice is the belief that therapy should be collaborative. I work alongside clients to explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop practical tools that foster growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My aim is for each client to find session time valuable, helpful as well as both provocative and restorative.
