Great to meet you!

Relationships can get complicated really fast. You might find yourself having the same arguments, feeling misunderstood, or shutting down just to keep the peace. Sometimes the past shows up in ways that affect how you connect with your partner or family. I take a grounded approach to help you work through those moments without it turning into more conflict.

My approach to therapy

A lot of people come in feeling stuck, like nothing they’ve tried has worked. The same patterns keep showing up. I like to focus on what’s actually happening in your day-to-day life, especially in the moments where things escalate. From there, we make practical shifts that lead to real change you can feel in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a real conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what feels off in your relationships or family, and what brought you in. You don’t need to have everything figured out already. I’ll ask questions to understand the bigger picture and where things tend to go wrong. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of what needs to shift and a direction moving forward, along with something practical to take with you.
