Great to meet you!

Whatever you’re carrying right now, you’ve found a safe and steady place to start. I work with both adults and adolescents navigating a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use, obsessive compulsive patterns, self harm, and trauma. I believe each person holds their own inner wisdom for healing and growth, and my role is to walk alongside you as you find it. My hope is to help you feel more present, balanced, and empowered to reach your goals, at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, person centered, and holistic, honoring the deep connection between mind and body. Together, we’ll gently explore the beliefs and emotional patterns shaping your life while building practical tools for insight, balance, and lasting change. Above all, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply about getting to know each other, with no pressure and no judgment. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping for, and it’s your chance to see if we’re a good fit. You don’t need it all figured out, just show up as you are. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself, let’s take that first step together.
