Great to meet you!

The most fulfilling part of my practice is partnering with my clients to address their individual concerns and assisting them in building a more mindful and connected life. I have completed advanced trainings in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQIA issues, trauma, grief and loss, and telehealth for mental health practice.

My approach to therapy

I work to maintain a friendly and down-to-earth approach, and I welcome clients to the safety of a therapy space where they are affirmed and can be themselves. If you are struggling and think we could be a good match, I hope you will request an consultation to see if we could be a good match.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about trying to get to know you better and what issues bring you into the therapy space. As we begin together, I try to focus on building a space where you can feel comfortable and safe to share.
