As a licensed LCSW in Florida with over 20 years of professional work experience, I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have worked with families, couples, and individuals. My focus within the last 7 years has been helping clients learn to adapt to challenging life experiences in healthy ways to promote and maintain their well-being.
