Great to meet you!

I came to medicine later in life while raising two kids and moving through a hard season. Some days I felt like a patient myself. That shaped how I practice: warm, real, and calm. I see the whole person, not just symptoms. I relate to college students, young professionals, single and busy parents, introverts, extroverts anyone who feels unseen or rushed elsewhere. My goal is simple: help you feel mentally healthy, emotionally grounded, clear, and genuinely supported.

My approach to therapy

We keep care simple and effective. First we make sense of what is happening, then choose the simplest plan that can work for you. I provide evidence based medication management and prescribe conservatively. When helpful, we add sleep and routine supports, gentle nutrition and movement ideas, and brief CBT/DBT informed skills. Care is collaborative and paced to your life. We set measurable goals, check in regularly, and adjust together. Sessions are calm, efficient, and focused on what helps you feel better in daily life. I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you toward healing, clarity, and contentment.

What you can expect from me

Clarity, a calmer mind, and a plan that makes sense. You will leave knowing what we are working on, why each step matters, and what to do between visits. You will have a straightforward medication plan only if you need one, plus simple tools to reduce stress and reactivity. Most of all, you will feel heard. My promise is thoughtful care that meets you where you are so you can build real, lasting steadiness and functionality in school, at work, and at home.
