Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that helping others has been my life’s purpose for more than 30 years, and I truly love the work I do. If you are feeling overwhelmed by addiction, anxiety, depression, or other life challenges, you do not have to face it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both practical and personal. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier ways of coping. I also take a person-centered approach, which means I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your needs, pace, and goals. I believe people can overcome adversity and become empowered to live happier, more productive lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to be heard, validated, and welcomed without judgment. I want to learn more about what brings you to therapy, what challenges you are facing, and what you hope will be different in your life. My goal is for you to leave that first conversation feeling understood, encouraged, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
