Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, trained at Regis College in Massachusetts. I provide care through telehealth and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, PTSD, autism, and substance use disorders. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults.

With over two decades of experience in both critical care and psychiatric settings, I’ve learned the importance of treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis, but the broader context of each individual’s life and well-being.

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic. I believe in partnering with my patients, encouraging their active participation in their care, and honoring their unique strengths and personal stories.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empowering, affirming, and holistic. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, always tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel truly heard and respected—not just as a diagnosis, but as whole individuals. By partnering closely with my patients, I provide clear guidance, honor their preferences, and work together toward lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel truly heard and respected, with a focus on understanding your unique experiences and strengths. You'll leave each appointment with practical steps, real-world coping strategies, and a clearer sense of direction, all tailored to your goals and what matters most to you.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for open conversation, combining evidence-based treatment with honest, compassionate support and medication management. Whether we're tackling specific challenges or working toward long-term growth, our sessions are about meaningful progress—at your pace and always centered around your needs and vision for wellness.
