Great to meet you!

Hello, I am very experienced in helping people and their families to overcome a wide array of challenges in their lives. I work with my clients to address the issues they want addressed through treatment plans that my clients decide for themselves. I have a passion for helping others to reduce their suffering through empowering them to cope with their own issues without the need of a therapist in the future. I look forward to working with you to help you to live the best life you have ever had.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic, behavioral approach to therapy. This modality addresses the current issues that my clients are facing, with a focus on how the past has resulted in the behaviors or perspectives that my clients currently struggle with. I do this all while maintaining a non-judgmental stance with an open mind while recognizing that my clients are experts in their own life experiences.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with me, we will discus where you are currently at in your life, what you have been struggling with, and what your goals are in therapy. Finally, I will end the first session with simple coping skill psychoeducation so that you can start your recovery journey immediately.
