Great to meet you!

I believe some of the strongest therapeutic relationships are built on authenticity, empathy, and genuine human connection. My own life experiences have taught me that everyone's story is unique and that healing often begins when we truly feel seen, heard, and or accepted.

I recognize that our identities, values, morals, communities, and lived experiences influence how we navigate life's challenges. Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, trauma , behavioral concerns, or simply just feeling stuck, I strive to provide a safe space where you can be yourself without fear of judgement.

My approach to therapy

I've developed a strong appreciation for resiliency and will continue to show up for my clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect for the path that brought them to therapy. While I offer compassion and support, I also believe in helping clients grow through honest conversations and gentle accountability. I'll celebrate your progress, help you navigate setbacks, and challenge unhelpful patterns in a way that feels respectful and empowering. Therapy will always be a partnership.

My goal is not to tell you how to live your life, but to walk alongside you as we uncover your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful lasting change. I truly believe that healing is possible for everyone, and I'm honored to be part of the that journey with you.

What you can expect from me

There's no pressure to share everything at once or have the "right" words. We move at the pace that feels comfortable to you. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and area of improvement while giving you plenty of space to share whats most important to you.
