Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Wanda S. Cager, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor. I accomplished my academic goals; while attending Mercer University.

My clinical career has been spent working 10 years with a community mental health agency as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and clinical director before transitioning to private practice.

My primary theoretical approaches are but not limited to Brief-solution-focused and Cognitive-behavioral therapies.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, empathy, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and valued, fostering an environment where true healing can take place. I encourage clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, to gain insight into patterns and beliefs that may be holding them back. I support clients in uncovering their strengths to make lasting changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

My aim is for each client to feel more connected to their inner resources, empowered to make positive choices, and equipped to handle life's ups and downs with resilience. I also provide strategies to help them cope with stress, communicate effectively, and set healthy boundaries. Ultimately, my goal is to foster self-compassion and confidence, empowering clients to move forward with a stronger sense of purpose and well-being.
