Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are. Together, we work towards where you want to be- at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

My approach to therapy

Many people carry perspectives placed upon them by others—labels, expectations, and narratives that have been accepted, owned, and internalized over time. My work centers on helping clients gently unpack those inherited beliefs and rediscover who they truly are beneath them. I support individuals in becoming familiar with themselves—not the version shaped by others’ perceptions, but the authentic self that exists beyond external definitions.

What you can expect from me

I approach each new client without expectation. I view the first session as an opportunity for of us to determine whether we are a good fit- much like an interview. I und that I may not be the right therapist for everyone and I do not take offense if a client feels that their needs would be better met elsewhere.
