Great to meet you!

I have varied work experience with couples, individuals and groups in different settings: Private practice, schools, community agencies and residential treatment settings and corrections and hospitals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who engages in evidence-based practice in use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma Informed interventions. My past work experience has given me a unique appreciation and sensitivity for recognizing individual and cultural differences and the impact on the therapeutic process as a whole.

My approach to therapy

I respect individual differences and seek to identify client's strengths in accomplishing their goals for treatment through increasing their insights into the problems they present and through self-empowerment strategies.
