Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Wanda Ginch, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can feel heard and understood.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, and play-based interventions to help clients develop coping skills, improve communication, and build confidence. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, life transitions, parenting challenges, and neurodevelopmental differences.

In addition to individual and couples therapy, I offer parent counseling and training to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and support adjustment to diagnoses and life changes

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building insight, and working toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns, experiences, and goals.

During our initial meeting, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your strengths, current challenges, and any relevant personal, family, or treatment history. Together, we will identify your goals and begin developing a plan that is tailored to your unique needs
