Great to meet you!

Hi, I have been providing therapy for over 20 years. I earned my undergraduate degree at StonyBrook University and completed my graduate studies at Silberman School for Social Work. My passion is helping people achieve happy, successful and fulfilled lives. My therapy style is warm, interactive and empowering. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. It takes courage to take the first step towards change. I would like to support and guide you through that journey!

My approach to therapy

I do not limit my approach to therapy to one specific theory. I approach every client and situation on an individual basis and use a combination of theories that are customized to meet client needs. Regardless of what approach is deemed suitable, it is always client-centered and meaningful. I want my clients to feel heard, validated and empowered!

What you can expect from me

I have helped many clients manage and improve stress, anxiety and depression. I also have vast experience working through grief, loss and trauma. Whatever issues you are facing or would like to improve upon, sessions are focused on exploring your issues in an open, honest and non-judgmental space. My goal is to provide support and guidance for you to grow, learn and be empowered. Overall, I want to help you achieve a happy, successful, and meaningful life!
