Great to meet you!

For 17 years, I've worked alongside adults who are grieving, overwhelmed, or just trying to find their footing again. I work especially closely with women navigating loss, relationship strain, and family stress. My clients tell me I bring warmth and a lot of laughter to the room, because healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time. If you're ready to get your life back on track and find the balance that's missing, I'd love to talk with you.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice the thought patterns that keep grief, anxiety, or stress stuck on repeat, and build more workable ones in their place. Much of my work centers on grief and loss, depression, and the ripple effects they have on relationships and family life. Sessions are honest and practical, and yes, we laugh along the way. Laughter is part of how healing happens.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk through what brought you in, whether that's a loss, a relationship under strain, or a general sense that something's off balance, and start sketching out what getting back on track could look like for you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. Most clients leave that first session feeling heard, a little lighter, and ready to keep going.
