Wanda Kramer

Clare Kramer, MS, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with specialized experience and education in Gerontology, the study of aging. For 12 years Ms Kramer has operated a private practice, currently in Daytona Beach, Florida, where she provides individual therapy to teens, adults and adults 65+ facing a range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, existential issues, chronic illness, sexual and relationship problems. Ms. Kramer received her bachelor's degree in Gerontology from CalPenn University in Pennsylvania and completed a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. One of her most recognized contributions is the development and implementation of a brief form of Structured Life Review Therapy, and working with trauma through both Written, Narrative and Prolonged Exposure Therapies.

I use a blend of evidenced based practice and transformational creative approaches. I offer both warm supportive counseling as well as a structured and direct approach. This depends fully on the individuals needs and preferences.

I hope that at the end of each session, my client feels validated and heard. I believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship. Many things are changing in our world and I would like to help you emotionally adjust to them.
