Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. My journey to becoming a clinician started as a push from one of my colleges. At the time she saw something in me that I was unaware of at the time. I finished my undergraduate in Psychology and waited almost 10 years to pursue my graduate degree! I am passionate about my career and helping others see their inner strength!

My approach to therapy

In real life I am a personable human. The woman in the grocery store to strike up a conversation in line. I take an eclectic approach to therapy pulling in various theories to tailor interventions that work specifically for an individual client. I am a firm believer in Psychoeducation. Providing my clients with as much knowledge about psychology as possible.

What you can expect from me

I want to create a healthy therapeutic relationship where my client feels free to explore.
