Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, from relationship issues to personal stress and major transitions. With degrees from UCLA and USC and trainings in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and polyvagal theory, I support trauma processing, anxiety management, and emotional regulation. I also provide a compassionate space for men, especially those facing relational or cultural challenges, to explore, grow, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

I create a supportive space where clients feel safe exploring both struggles and strengths. My approach is tailored to individual needs, with practical strategies for real-life progress and resilience. For trauma, I use EMDR and polyvagal techniques to deepen healing and emotional regulation. My goal is to help clients build fulfilling relationships with themselves and others, working together toward lasting change.
