Great to meet you!

I approach therapy with authenticity, warmth, and a genuine interest in getting to know you as a whole person. I’m not here to judge or fix you—I’m here to support and guide you through whatever you're facing. My clinical background includes working with both teens and adults in outpatient group settings, especially those struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-harm, and suicidality. I received my graduate degree in Social Work from Texas State University and my undergraduate degree in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that every person is capable of growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and emotion-focused. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful tool for healing, and I work to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. I incorporate emotional processing, interactive feedback, and practical skill-building into sessions. I tailor each session to your unique needs while honoring your pace and readiness. My goal is to meet you where you are mentally and emotionally, and to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and consistency.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, heard, and equipped with tools to manage life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while also building coping strategies that feel realistic and empowering. Over time, clients often report increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of self-trust. My hope is that each session helps you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your ability to navigate life.
