Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed space where they are met with compassion and respect. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, so I take a holistic, collaborative approach that honors each client’s lived experience, strengths, and pace. I work alongside clients to build practical tools, emotional insight, and resilience, helping them feel empowered to move through challenges and toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, relational, and goal-focused. I help clients make sense of their experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve them, and develop tools that support real-life change. Sessions are collaborative and paced to the client, with an emphasis on building clarity, emotional balance, and confidence as clients move toward the life they want to create.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will feel welcoming, relaxed, and supportive. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important right now. There’s no pressure to share everything—I move at your pace. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, understood, and clear about what therapy with me will look like moving forward.
