Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 15+ years of experience in both physical and mental healthcare. I received a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and Nursing. I bring a compassionate, individualized approach to help my clients overcome their mental health concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to delivering quality care is tailored to each client’s unique needs. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your health concerns and promotes your overall well-being. I integrate both therapy and medication to help restore balance and enhance your quality of life. I aim to help you become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, we will discuss and assess your mental healthcare concerns, determine your treatment options, and together establish a treatment plan that best fits you. We will then schedule a follow-up session to discuss any concerns you have. I offer compassionate mental healthcare tailored to your unique needs by establishing a safe and inclusive space to express yourself without fear of judgment.
