Great to meet you!

Whether you are navigating the heavy weight of trauma, the grip of anxiety, the delicate seasons of a marriage that can lead to isolation, regrets and unhappiness, or the desire to excel in your career or on the field, the right support makes all the difference. With 22 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you untangle complex challenges and unlock your true potential and move towards the life you want. Our power comes from our intentionality and choices. I can help you nurture the resources you already have and help you develop new strategies when needed

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, adults, active-duty military, veterans, couples, and college students. No two people are the same, my approach is highly personalized. I specialize in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to effectively treat anxiety, depression and addiction.

What you can expect from me

Beyond healing from the past, therapy is also about moving forward and thriving. Drawing on my expertise in sports and business performance, we will work together to quiet the mental blocks holding you back. My goal is to help you build lasting resilience, reach peak performance, and create a fulfilling life. When you are ready, I invite you to reach out.
