Great to meet you!

With over a decade of clinical experience, I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship concerns, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with appear to be functioning well on the surface while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they cannot seem to break.

I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change, not simply provide a place to talk.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, direct, and collaborative. I ask questions, offer observations, identify patterns, and help connect insight to practical change.

Together, we work to better understand what is happening, why it developed, and what needs to shift in order to move forward. My goal is for therapy to feel useful and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to understand what brings you to therapy and begin identifying patterns, goals, and areas of focus. I’ll ask questions, get to know your experiences, and help us determine where meaningful change can begin. My goal is for you to leave with greater clarity and a sense of direction.
