I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a passion for supporting and partnering with adults from underserved communities, including people suffering from alcohol and drug addiction, people living with HIV/AIDS, the LGBTQ+ community, and their allies. My preferred pronouns are he/him. When I’m not providing counseling services online through my private therapy practice, I’m working for a local non-profit community services agency empowering others to thrive and live their best lives.

To create a dynamic and healing therapy strategy, I use an eclectic mix of trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
