Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients across California, I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can show up fully as yourself. I especially enjoy working with men and the unique challenges they may carry, whether that means navigating relationships, stress, identity, anger, or simply feeling stuck. I’m also very comfortable working with people who have personality disorders, and I bring patience, honesty, and compassion to that work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in building a genuine connection so therapy feels supportive, real, and useful. I want clients to feel understood while also feeling encouraged to grow in ways that matter to them.

What you can expect from me

Outside of therapy, I love being active outdoors with my dog and spending time laughing with friends—experiences that keep me grounded and remind me how important connection, movement, and joy can be.
