Great to meet you!

Have you been carrying more than you feel you can hold right now? I'm currently welcoming new clients and would love to support you. I work exclusively with women navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, and my heart is especially drawn to those moments when life feels too heavy to carry alone. Whether you're processing a loss, feeling stuck in old patterns, or searching for a deeper sense of peace, you've come to the right place. I've spent the last four years walking alongside women through some of their hardest chapters, and I bring both warmth and real-life relatability to every session.

My approach to therapy

Our sessions will feel like a conversation, not an evaluation. You won't need to have the right words or a clear plan before we begin. I'll meet you exactly where you are, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little more like yourself.

What you can expect from me

Over time, many of my clients find themselves feeling lighter, more grounded, and more confident in who they are. Healing isn't always a straight line, and I'll honor your pace every step of the way. My hope is that you leave this work with a stronger sense of self, real tools for the hard days, and genuine hope for what's ahead.
