Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist in San Jose, California, who believes healing happens when creativity meets compassion. My journey as a therapist began with a love for art and a deep curiosity about human stories. As a third-generation Taiwanese and first-generation U.S. immigrant, she understands the power of culture and identity, and I am passionate about supporting immigrants, and those navigating life’s transitions.

My approach to therapy

I am an expressive arts therapist trained in Gestalt therapy, psychodrama, and sex therapy. With a mindfulness-based, holistic approach infused with Chinese medicine. I create a safe, creative, and collaborative space where clients heal, discover inner strengths, embrace self-acceptance, and unlock new possibilities to thrive.

What you can expect from me

In our time together, you’ll have a safe, creative space to share your story, feel supported, and uncover your inner resilience. Healing and growth are possible, and I hope to walk with you through the challenges so you don’t have to face them alone."
