Great to meet you!

I am a NY LMHC with over 30 years experience committed to empower people to navigate challenges, develop a balanced mind and become the architects of their own well-being. My Taiwanese cultural proficiency enables me to foster deep connections and facilitate effective therapy outcomes with Mandarin and Taiwanese-speaking people. Let me be with you to face the difficulties, take control of your life, and guide you towards realizing your full potential and becoming the individual you aspire to be.

My approach to therapy

Integrating evidence-based techniques with Eastern perspective, I utilize a multifaceted approach in therapy including CBT, MI and ACT. This eclectic approach allows me to tailor interventions to suit each person’s unique needs. Although I only provide remote/online therapy, you will be in a safe and empathic space where you are encouraged to explore your concerns, develop practical coping strategies, and embark on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Through collaborative discussions and guidance, you will gain insights and make positive changes autonomously for a meaningful life. The ultimate goal is to equip you with the tools and skills necessary to generate working solutions, overcome obstacles and achieve greater fulfillment. I am here to support you every step on your journey to mental wellness.
