Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and chronic stress. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by racing thoughts, emotional exhaustion, panic symptoms, low mood, irritability, or difficulty maintaining healthy relationships. You may find yourself stuck in negative thought patterns, struggling with self-doubt, navigating life transitions, or feeling disconnected from the person you want to be.

I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s contributing to your distress while developing practical tools to manage anxiety, improve mood stability, and strengthen emotional resilience. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, improve communication and boundaries, and feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and person-centered therapy. We will explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, especially in patterns related to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and relationship stress.

Together, we’ll identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build healthier coping strategies that reduce overwhelm and increase emotional regulation. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. You can expect a balance of validation and gentle challenge as we work toward meaningful, sustainable change that improves your relationships, daily functioning, and overall life satisfaction.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and what symptoms or challenges are most affecting your life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma-related stress, relationship conflict, or difficulty managing overwhelming emotions, this is your space to share openly and honestly.

We will begin identifying your goals and outlining a personalized treatment plan that feels realistic and aligned with your needs. My intention is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the direction of our work together.
