Great to meet you!
Hi there! I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience helping people work
through anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults, helping them develop the tools to navigate intense emotions and major life changes.
I earned my Master's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2012.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. In our first session, I'll ask a lot of questions to understand your story and what brought you to therapy, so we can build a plan that fits your life. Along the way, I encourage creative outlets like music, journaling, reading, and art to
support the work we do together.
I also believe in doing my own work. Personal growth is an ongoing, daily part of my life. I attend personal recovery groups, read recovery literature, listen to speaker recordings and attend conferences. That commitment to learning and humility is something I bring into every session with you.
