Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with expertise in Addiction Counseling, Relationships, Family Issues, Co-dependency, Anxiety and Anger Management. I have been in the field for over 30 years and have worked with an array of individuals and families.

My approach to therapy

My approach is meeting the individual/family/couple where they are at. My method of treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

As you begin your journey with me, I believe it is important to initially gather background information and the reason why you are seeking therapy at this time. As the sessions progress, we will work together identifying the underlying causes to the presenting issue(s), becoming aware of the cause and effect, and work towards building a foundation and acceptance.
